• Starting our leg home. A week in Cali and Oregon. Should be less hot than the past week in the desert. #
  • The "follow me or I unfollow" crowd doesn't give me any leeway for being on vacation. <shrug> #
  • The RV is showing its age. We've blown a fuse and a headlight, the parking break is non-existent, and now the AC is dripping into it. #
  • Massive headache this morning and nauseated. Feels like a bad hangover but only had 2 glasses of wine last night. Ugh. #
  • City of Vancouver is reducing speed limits on Hastings thru the DTES, 50 to 30 kph. Skeptical will have any effect on speeds. #
  • After all, the posted speed limit on many of the bike routes is 30 kph and you'll never see a motorist obeying that. #
  • Hell, the posted speed limit on Oak St is 50 and most times people drive it at 60-70. With negligible enforcement, speed limits are moot. #
  • No wifi, but at least we have a cell signal. Hello from southern Oregon! #
  • Anyone else having problems accessing the Pocket Query page on geocaching.com? #
  • Found the Original Stash today, but far from our target 1000 finds. Caching in an RV is tough. With kids? Infinitely more so. #geocaching #
  • So, I've been away from Social Media for a few weeks. Is G+ dead yet? And who are all these people who have added me to their circles? #
  • Awesome! My Klout score dropped from 62 to 53 b/c I've been on vacation. Does that mean I'm irrelevant now? #
  • Awesome. 6 yr old told 2 yr old there was a ghost in the RV. 2 yr old freaked right out. FloydsGoBad, indeed. #
  • Anti-wifi and embracing homeopathy. The Canadian Green Party has lost a supporter. We need a national rationalist's party. #cdnpoli #
  • The Floyds have returned to Vancouver! Intact, and still speaking to each other! The RV is unpacked and cleaned. Now, beer. #
  • Conclusive proof that cancer causes cell phones: http://xkcd.com/925/ I hope the #GPC takes note. #
  • I *always* see something scary driving I-5. Today, it was a pickup towing another pickup on a trailer that almost lost the trailer. #
  • The trailer ended up swinging from side-to-side, and the tow vehicle kept over-correcting. Luckily, he slowed before disaster. #
  • If the trailer had tipped or the towed vehicle had come off, it would have been messy. #
