  • Despite the concern for his brother, the 3 yr old went to sleep tonight without any fight. Small victories, I'll take them. #
  • Turns out Aidan now has multiple infections: the one in his hand, and a blood infection too. He's going to be in BCCH for at least 10 days. #
  • He's sleeping a fair bit but apparently in much less pain. The trick over the next little while will be preventing further infections. #
  • This, sadly, means canceling his birthday party and some other activities. #

  • We're not sure of the initial source of the infection. He didn't have any apparent bites, scratches, or any other wounds. #
